After years of working within major New Jersey healthcare systems, from a large hospital to a health insurance company and a telehealth provider, our founder, Florence Kariuki, RN, MHA, saw a clear need. She realized that the key to keeping people safe and healthy wasn’t just in the hospital it was in the home. It became her mission to change the narrative from reactive care to proactive support, helping seniors age safely at home and reducing the need for hospital visits. She realized that by optimizing support in a familiar environment, we could help seniors avoid the “revolving door” of hospital visits and live more comfortably, and more independently, in their own homes.

Driven by this insight and a passion for compassionate service, Florence founded Eden Touch Home Care, based in Monroe, New Jersey. We are a family-owned agency dedicated to serving our community in Middlesex, Mercer, and Monmouth counties. As an RN-led and operated company, we bring clinical perspective, industry experience, and deep compassion to everything we do. Our care is built on a simple, powerful, and faith-based belief: to love others through service.
